Mary Carter – McCarthy, Convict, Lady Juliana 1790 was sent to Norfolk Island aboard the Surprize in Aug 1790. On Norfolk Island she formed a relationship with First Fleeter Robert Nunn. Samuel Marsden was born 1769 England. He arrived in NSW aboard the Surprize 1790. He first travelled to Norfolk Island aboard the Supply in Apr 1791, returning to Sydney and was again travelling to Norfolk island aboard the Kitty in Feb 1793.
On Norfolk Island he formed a relationship with Rachael Early (Convict Friendship 1788). Rachael Early had married John Price, Convict Alexander 1788, on 1 June 1788 St Phillips Sydney. There were no children from the union. They were both sent to Norfolk Island aboard the Golden Grove in Oct 1788, and were living at Queensborough on Norfolk Island.
John Burt was born at Sale, Devonshire England. He arrived in NSW aboard the Royal Admiral in 1792 as a member of the NSW Corps. He arrived on Norfolk Island aboard the Daedalus in Nov 1794, returning to Sydney aboard HM Supply in Nov 1795.

John was born 1766 St Martin’s Parish, Northampton, England. He enlisted into the NSW Corps at Chatham in Jul 1789, arriving in NSW aboard the Neptune in 1790.
He arrived on Norfolk Island aboard the Kitty in Feb 1793. On 10 Jun 1793, Convict Charles Cooper received 100 lashes “for wantonly (sic) striking a man in the pubic street, this been John Chesterton NSW Corps.
John returned to NSW aboard HM Supply in Nov 1795. On which he was then stationed at Parramatta until 1803 when he travelled once again to Norfolk Island. Continue reading
